We at Temba Safari cherish the rich diversity of our various cultures, which we would gladly like to share with our guests. We fully understand that most cultural villages are simply no more than tourist traps. They show you what they believe you would like to see and they tell you what they believe you would like to hear. We prefer to visit the people, where they actually live.

Sometimes this may be rather disturbing, and other times it may very well be an enriching experience. However, it will always be authentic. We try not to visit a particular village more than once a year. This prevents a situation where the villagers become dependant on tourists. The villagers warmly welcome us when we visit, as we respect their traditional lives and we always give them a cash donation. Your visit will therefore clearly enrich their lives.
